At Snobcart, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. We primarily operate within a 10-kilometer delivery radius from our warehouse. However, deliveries beyond this range may be fulfilled at our sole discretion based on availability and logistical feasibility. In cases where delivery is not possible, Snobcart reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund within 48 hours of cancellation.
Orders are generally processed immediately and shipped within a delivery window of 1 hour to 48 hours from the time of order confirmation. The specific delivery timeline will depend on order volume, distance, product availability, and other operational conditions. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and will be clearly communicated during checkout. In addition, packing charges may be collected from the customer, especially for bulk or customized orders, and will be disclosed before order completion. In select cases or promotional offers, Snobcart may provide free delivery at its discretion.
Customers are required to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of placing the order are complete and accurate. Snobcart will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. If re-delivery is required due to such errors, any additional delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
Snobcart ensures that all products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If the product is found to be damaged on delivery, or if an incorrect item is received, the customer must report the issue to our support team within 06 hours along with relevant photographs. In such valid cases, reverse shipping charges will be borne by Snobcart. However, in all other situations, including wrong orders placed by the customer or a change of mind, Snobcart reserves the right to deny any return or refund request. No returns will be accepted beyond the specified valid conditions.
