Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Snobcart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the right products in perfect condition. Customers may request a return only in cases where the product received is damaged during transit or is not the item that was originally ordered. To initiate a return, the customer must contact our support team within 02 hours of delivery through the contact methods provided on our website. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect specifications chosen, or mistakenly ordered items.

If a return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was received. Once the returned item is inspected, a replacement or refund may be processed at our discretion. If we agree to return than the payment will be paid back within 48 hours of such instance. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

In certain situations, we may cancel an order. This may happen if we are unable to deliver to a specific location or if the product is unavailable or out of stock. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer within 48 hours of the cancellation.
